Abandoned, unwanted, ill or injured, last year more than 40,000 pets turned to Blue Cross for help.

Included cats like Ella, who was left to fend for herself & her five kittens when her owner moved our & didn't take her with them. Kind Neighbours were checking up on the little family but when Ella failed to come home one day they grew concerned & took the kittens to our victoria animal hospital. Amazingly the following day Ella returned so a volunteer brought her to the hospital where she could be reunited with her babies. After being given the all clear, the whole family were transferred to our Southampton rehoming centre where they could settle & grow before being found forever loving new homes.

Over 120 years old, we have developed lifelong relationships with pets, their owners & communities by providing services including rehoming, behaviour, veterinary care, education & bereavement support which accessible & non-judgemental.

In 2018 we cared for over 16,000 cats & with your support, we can give back to more pets in needs. Pets help us in so many ways; they are companions during our best & worst moments & give us purpose when times are hard.

The relationships we have with pets improve our wellbeing, both mentally & physically. They're more than pets, they are our families & best friends. Our vision is that every pet will enjoy a healthy life in a happy home & we won't rest until we achieve it.

Pre-purchase
What is the cost of delivery?
Standard, tracked and insured delivery is £2.90 for all orders, Express faster postage is priced at £6.80.
What is the cut off time for Express Delivery?
Our last collection of the day is at 3PM. Orders placed with Express Delivery must be completed before 1pm to ensure same day despatch. If you are unsure please feel free to contact us for more information.

Returns
Can I return my purchase?
You can return any non faulty item as long as it is in its original condition, within 30 days from delivery. Faulty items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with postage and product cost price refunded. If the item is on sale, you will be refunded the sale price. Please contact us first, as you may not be required to return the item.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your parcel arrives in an unsatisfactory state, please let us know as soon as possible. If the item was damaged, please send a photo via either our Live Chat feature or to our customer services email, info@bd.direct and let us know if you would like a replacement or a refund. In some cases, the original item must be returned but 90% of the time, a replacement will be dispatched straight away & any damaged return costs will be refunded.
