Returning an item to us couldn't be easier, simply download the pdf form and fill in your order details. Included are courier instructions depending on the size of your parcel. If you have received an item which is damaged beyond replacement or repair, please contact us before sending the parcel back. In most cases, we will replace or refund the damaged or faulty item without having to return the original. This is usually for cases when the item becomes dangerous due to damage or defects. If your purchase is unfit for purpose, or you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason. You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Upon receipt of returns, we will automatically process a refund, unless another form of compensation is agreed.

For parcels over 2kg and larger parcels such as hooded litter trays, we recommend using My Hermes as the courier. You can visit their website and arrange a collection from wherever you are. This is the cheapest option to return an item easily.
Their site MyHermes.co.uk will supply you with a returns label, which you can print off.
Please include the recipients name and delivery address inside the parcel, this will allow our processing team to identify who has sent the return.
Parcels can be sent simply by popping into the post office with the item packaged. You can also obtain a returns label from there. We recommend doing this, however the only requirement on the parcel is our returns address is visible.

Just pop in to the Warrington address listed above, with your item, recipient name & postcode. We will then credit your initial payment method with a refund. Please note we do not carry cash, so cash refunds are not available.

Bolting Darts LTD will refund the cost price of any item, providing it is returned in its original state within 30 days of delivery. Return postage for damaged, incorrect or mistaken items will be paid for by us upon its return to our dispatch centre.

If you are dissatisfied with your item in any way, please let us know. All returns are automatically refunded unless previously agreed for other equal compensation. This applies to all undamaged items. For damaged items, the original cost, plus any return charges will be refunded.
If the product has been used or handled in a way which it is not meant or designed to. Which has subsequently caused damage, we reserve the right to withhold a maximum of twenty percent of the original items cost price.
We will refund any and all return delivery costs for damaged, defective or incorrectly sent items.
